Leslie Mattson, RN, BSHM, LNC, has spent more than 25 years leading ambulatory surgery centers through accreditation, compliance, and best practices. Known for her collaborative approach, Leslie also shares her insights as the writer behind the blog, A Scrubs Life.

Becky Morrison, BSCET, brings more than two decades of experience in project management and client support, helping ASC leaders stay on top of complex details, streamline processes, and meet their goals with confidence.

Leslie Mattson, RN, BSHM, LNC

President

Leslie is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and certification in Risk Management. Leslie has worked in Ambulatory Surgery management for over 20 years, has held progressive leadership roles in centers in Georgia and Florida, and has supported surgery centers nationwide. She provides consulting services to surgery centers and clients across the country and has a proven track record in accreditation and regulatory compliance. Leslie is the blog author and content manager of A Scrubs Life, which has been featured in Outpatient Surgery Magazine.  She has teamed with valued colleagues to provide a comprehensive approach to all your facility needs.

Becky Morrison, BSCET

Vice President

Becky Morrison is a project manager with over twenty years of hands-on construction and real estate development experience. She has her bachelor of science degree in engineering technology. Becky has managed various projects ranging from multi-million dollar high-rises and retail centers to tenant buildouts. She brings with her a unique skill set that includes cost management, contract negotiation and implementation, problem solving, quality management, strong communication skills and teamwork.
