Who We Are:
Leslie Mattson, RN BSHM LNC, President
Leslie is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and certification in Risk Management. Leslie has worked in Ambulatory Surgery management for over 20 years, has held progressive leadership roles in centers in Georgia and Florida, and has supported surgery centers nationwide. She provides consulting services to surgery centers and clients across the country and has a proven track record in accreditation and regulatory compliance. Leslie is the blog author and content manager of A Scrubs Life, which has been featured in Outpatient Surgery Magazine. Becky Morrison, BSCET, Vice President
Becky Morrison is a project manager with over twenty years of hands-on construction and real estate development experience. She has her bachelor of science degree in engineering technology. Becky has managed various projects ranging from multi-million dollar high-rises and retail centers to tenant buildouts. She brings with her a unique skill set that includes cost management, contract negotiation and implementation, problem solving, quality management, strong communication skills and teamwork. MELINDA KOESTERS, BSN, RN, CCRN, Clinical Support Specialist
Melinda is Registered Nurse who earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and holds a Critical Care Certification. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in ICU, CVICU and PACU for 30 years. She spearheaded the opening and management of a brand new orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center in Georgia. She has used that experience to provide development support for client facilities. She has a strong knowledge base in infection control, accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance and equipment planning. Chris Shoup, CASC, Business Operations Consultant
Chris Shoup has over twenty years of senior management and leadership experience in the healthcare industry developing, evaluating, and improving the operations of physician-centric single and multiple- location healthcare facilities. He has worked across multiple functions to build depth and breadth into numerous healthcare services lines including: Acute Care Hospitals; Ambulatory Surgery Centers; Provider Clinics; Urgent Care Centers, and Laboratories. Max McCombs, Operations Coordinator
Max is our Operations Coordinator and studied marketing. She has a passion for digital design and supporting the business of healthcare. She uses her background in product marketing and sales together with her innovative creativity, to develop visuals for our online presence, including our education and training materials.
